Retail and Visitor Experience Assistant
We are looking for friendly, hard-working and pro-active applicants to join our Retail Team at the family run Battersea Park Children’s Zoo. We have a permanent part time role available and zero hour roles available.
As a retail & visitor experience assistant at the zoo, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
This role offers the unique opportunity to work alongside our Events and Birthday Parties team, where you'll assist in hosting engaging, fun, and educational events.

Zoo Work Experience/ Placements and Volunteering Opportunities
We are considering applications for zoo work experience placements and volunteering in 2025:
You must have the following:
- Be at least 18 years of age and over.
- Be studying a college or university's conservation / wildlife/ zoology/ animal management course.
- Aspiring for a career in a zoological or conservation-based setting.
