Charity Requests
We are a family owned and run zoo and we are pleased to accept donation requests and offer tickets where the primary beneficiaries will be children,
i.e. children's hospices, hospital wards and charities which support seriously ill, disabled or disadvantaged children.
Schools which have visited us on a school “educational visit” within the last 2 years are welcome to 1 request per calendar year.
Please note we are unable to support Individuals, further education centres, sports teams and social groups.
Guidelines for donation requests
All requests should be made at least 4 weeks before the event in writing on headed notepaper, including the charity registration number and letter of authority and posted to our sister park:

We regret that we cannot accept email requests.
You will be contacted within 2 weeks if your request is successful.
