Join us this Easter for a day packed full of animal talks, a chance to meet our adorable rare breed chicks hatched here at the zoo, plus feed our pigs, rabbits and guinea pigs at special Easter holiday encounters! Shh, do you hear that? It’s the sound of Little Cheeps Nursery opening its doors again at your friendly Battersea Park Zoo in London this Easter!

This Easter holidays, round up your flock and head on down to the Hive cabin to meet the zoos youngest residents - our rare breed chicks!

Learn all about lifecycles as you watch them grow from eggs in an incubator into beautiful birds.

Meet the Chicks!

Little Cheeps Nursery will be open from 28th March - 12th April, with a Meet the Chicks talk at 2pm (and 10:30am on weekends and bank holidays). Entrance to Little Cheeps Nursery and Meet the Chicks is included in your zoo entry ticket.

Times: 11am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm throughout Easter.

Easter Keeper talks!

We love talking about our wonderful animals and sharing information all about them and this Easter we have some extra special guests, so join us and find out something new plus an opportunity to feed our pigs, rabbits and guinea pigs!

11:00am – Otters

11:30am – Guinea Pig & Rabbit Feeding

12:00pm – Lemurs

1:30pm – Pig Feeding

2:00pm – Meet the Chicks talk

2:30pm – Otters

Easter Egg Hunt!

Take part in a zoo-wide Easter Egg Hunt! An additional charge of £1.50 per trail sheet and includes a small prize when completed sheets are returned to the shop staff

Easter Weekends and Bank Holidays Crafts in the Hive Cabin!

Hop along to the Hive cabin for some easter-themed crafts including badge making (additional £1) and keyring making (additional £2).

Specific days: 28th and 29th March, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 11th and 12th April

Times: 11am - 1pm and 2pm - 4pm.
