What I need to know

• Animal Experiences start at 11.00am if booked online or 1pm if purchased on-the-day of your visit (subject to availability). Zookeeper Experiences start at 2.00pm. Family Farmyard Experiences start at 2pm. VIP Adult Only Zoo Tours start at 1:30pm.
• Please report to the admissions desk 15 minutes prior to your experience.
  
  
• Your experience includes on the day entry to the zoo, so why not arrive early and make a day of it?
  
  
• You are responsible for attending in suitable enclosed footwear/wellies and other suitable clothing required for variable weather conditions i.e. waterproof coat, fleece, sunhat, sun cream, etc.
  
  
• Times available may vary on the day depending on staffing, animal husbandry and seasonal restrictions.
  
  
• Full payment to be made upon booking any experiences.
  
  
• All participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult who is present throughout the experience (and mentioned on the booking details).
  
  
• Gift Vouchers are available for Zookeeper Experiences, Animal Experiences, Family Farmyard Experiences and VIP Adult Only Zoo Tours which are valid for 12 months from date of issue and are non-extendable or refundable.
  
  
• Zookeeper experiences include a certificate and a zoo baseball cap to take home, as well as all-day entry to the park for the experience participants and accompanying adult (if applicable).
  
  
• Annual pass holders are entitled to 10% off any experience purchases - please call to receive this.
  
  
• Suitable PPE will be provided.
