How BPCZ has supported WWF-UK in 2025
30th Dec 2025
Battersea Park Children's Zoo is proud to demonstrate its commitment to animal conservation, both within our zoo and around the world.
Through our ongoing partnership with WWF UK, we're continuing to make a tangible difference for wildlife on a global scale.
Throughout 2025, the zoo has been hosting regular WWF-UK stands, and the response from our community has been nothing short of extraordinary. Thanks to the generosity of our visitors, these initiatives are projected to raise over £40,185 in donations this year alone. This remarkable sum will enable WWF to support numerous conservation projects across the globe, protecting vulnerable species and preserving their natural habitats.
WWF is one of the world's leading conservation organisations, dedicated to building a future where people and nature can thrive together. Their work addresses the root causes of biodiversity loss while promoting sustainable resource use through targeted projects, powerful advocacy, and inspiring public engagement. From safeguarding iconic species like giant pandas and tigers to restoring vital ecosystems, combating climate change, and influencing policy decisions at governmental and corporate levels, WWF ensures that nature remains at the heart of our planet's future.
At Battersea Park Children's Zoo, we believe that conservation starts with connection. By supporting organisations like WWF, we're extending our mission beyond our own animal residents to help protect wildlife everywhere.
