Perfect for groups of up to five people, this exclusive 90-minute behind-the-scenes tour is ideal for birthdays, celebrations, hen parties, team outings or simply spending quality time with friends.

Led by one of our experienced zookeepers, you'll:

• Meet and interact with 3-4 amazing animal species.

• Help prepare food and feed selected animals.

• Create enrichment activities that keep our animals mentally stimulated.

• Learn fascinating facts about animal care and conservation.

Tours are available for adults aged 18+ and can accommodate up to five participants, making them perfect for catching up with friends in a truly unforgettable setting.

Animal Experiences for Every Animal Lover

While our VIP tours are exclusively for adults, many of our other animal experiences are just as popular with grown-up animal enthusiasts.

If you've ever dreamed of becoming a zookeeper, our Premium Zookeeper Experience and Zookeeper Experience offer the chance to work alongside our keeper team, meeting multiple animal species, helping with feeds and creating enrichment while learning what goes into caring for the zoo's residents. These experiences make fantastic gifts for wildlife lovers or anyone looking to tick something special off their bucket list.

For those who have a favourite species, our animal encounters let you get even closer. From spending time with our curious coatis, to helping care for other incredible residents, these smaller experiences offer unforgettable one-to-one moments with the animals and the expert keepers who know them best.

Discover the Buzz with Our Seasonal Beekeeper Experience

Looking for something a little different? Our Seasonal Beekeeper Experience offers a fascinating insight into one of nature's most important pollinators.

This hands-on experience gives you the chance to suit up in protective clothing and step inside the world of honeybees alongside our knowledgeable team.

You'll learn about the vital role bees play in our ecosystems, discover how a working hive operates and, if conditions allow, get an up-close look at the colony while learning how beekeepers care for these incredible insects. It's a unique opportunity to build confidence around bees, ask plenty of questions and gain a deeper appreciation for these tiny but mighty creatures.

Available during the beekeeping season, this experience makes a brilliant gift for nature lovers or a memorable addition to your list of unique things to do in London.
